  1. Members of the public who are aged 60 or above are welcome to join the "Leisure Link x iAM Smart in practice" workshop. For more details, please visit "Community Recreation and Sports Programmes".
  2. Leisure Link patrons can choose to log in the online booking system of Leisure Link through iAM Smart, which is a more convenient and faster way to do so. Patrons may watch the respective iAM Smart online videos:

Leisure Link patron who wants to log in with "iAM Smart" has to download the "iAM Smart" mobile app to mobile phone beforehand and register as an "iAM Smart" user before use.

is for online users to book leisure facilities within the next 7 days.
Facility Booking - Personalised Version
 
is for Leisure Link Patrons to keep booking records by creating personal booking profile for faster booking of the frequently used facilities and venues.
Activity Enrolment
 
is for the general public to enrol in leisure activities on a first-come-first-served basis.
Activity Ballot Payment
 
is for successful ballot applicants/ applicants on the waiting list to make payment and obtain activity tickets.
Submission of Ballot Application for Allocation of Football Pitches
 
is for Leisure Link Patrons to submit application for allocation of designated natural and artificial turf football pitches through balloting and enquire about the session(s) of designated natural and artificial turf football pitches available for balloting the next day.

Important Notes
  1. The above time is for reference only. To ensure a smooth booking process, please click here to check if your computer’s hardware, software and internet connection settings meet the requirements of the system. For the information related to Operating System and Browser setting of Computer Devices, you may refer to GovHK website to obtain more system information.
  2. The available dates for facility booking will be updated every day at 7:00 am. If you want to make bookings for the 7th day, please click “Facility Booking (Basic version)” or “Facility Booking (Personalised Version)” to enter the service after 7:00 am.
  3. Activity Enrolments will be updated every day at 8:30 am. If you want to enrol in newly launched activities, please click “Activity Enrolment” to enter the service after 8:30 am.
  4. If you do not receive any response from the system after you have finished the booking procedures, please visit
    Enquiry about Transaction Status in the past 30 days and application for reallocation / Checking of status of ballot application submitted for allocation of football pitches / Reprinting of Acknowledgement / Confirmed Booking Cancellation by Leisure Link Patron / Checking of "No show" record(s)
    to check the status of your transaction later. If the web browser stops operating during payment, please write down your reference number and check your latest transaction via “Transaction Status Enquiry”.
  5. In case of inclement weather, hirers or activity participants are advised to check with the venue staff or officer-in-charge beforehand whether the venues or facilities will be temporarily closed or the activities will be cancelled.
  6. When Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above is issued or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued before the opening hours of venues, the services of the Leisure Link Booking Offices and Self-service Kiosks will be temporarily suspended. The services will be resumed two hours after the warning signal is cancelled. Members of the public can still book the recreation and sports facilities or enrol in recreation and sports programmes through the Leisure Link e-Services System.
  7. The mobile version of the Leisure Link Internet Booking System does not support payment by PPS, please pay by credit card. Hirers who wish to pay by PPS, please use the website version of the Leisure Link Internet Booking System.
