Leisure Link Facility Booking and Activity Enrolment Services
News
  1. To enhance utilization of resources and prevent abusive use, the following measures will be implemented-

    i) To shorten the advance individual booking period to 10 days
    With effect from 18 June 2013, the Department will shorten the advance booking period for individuals from 30 days to 10 days, i.e. on 18 June 2013 users will be able to book sessions on or before 27 June. The last day with 30-day advance booking is May 28, on which sessions on or before 26 June can be booked. To tie in with the new booking arrangement, members of the public making advance booking between 28 May and 17 June will be able to choose sessions up to 26 June only.

    ii) To shorten the reallocation period to 15 days
    To cope with the shortening of booking period, reallocation will be reduced to 15 days, i.e. facilities booked on 27 June will be reallocated on or before 11 July. For sessions cancelled on 28 April, reallocation will be arranged within 60 days up to 26 June. Reallocation of sessions thereafter from 29 April to 26 June is made up to 26 June only. If reallocation cannot be arranged, the hirer may apply for refund of the hire charge.

    iii) To cancel the concessionary rate for minder of persons with disabilities
    The Department will cancel the concessionary rate for minders accompanying persons with disabilities on hiring facilities to prevent touting activities. If a person with disabilities uses facilities with a minder, the person with disabilities should be the original hirer for the concessionary rate. The hirers must produce their HKID card and identification document such as registration card for persons with disabilities for registration at the check-in counter before using the facilities. If a person with disailities cannot make advance booking, the minder can arrange on his behalf. No reallocation of facilities hired by minders will be arranged starting from 18 June. Facilities originally booked by minders can be reallocated up to 17 June . If reallocation cannot be arranged, the hirer may apply for refund of the hire charge.

Patron Registration
 
allows you to register as a LCSD patron.
(Effective from 20 August 2012, visitors or persons granted temporary stay in Hong Kong is able to apply for Leisure Link Temporary Patron through the Leisure Link Telephone Services Centre of the Department. Online registration with identity document other than HKID Card will be ceased on the same day.)
 
allows you to retrieve LCSD patron password.
Important Notes
  1. The above time is for reference only. To ensure a smooth booking process, please click to check if your computer’s hardware, software and internet connection settings meet the requirements of the system.
  2. The available dates for facility booking will be updated every day at 7:00 am. If you want to make bookings for the 30th day, please click “Facility Booking (Basic version)” or “Facility Booking (Personalised Version)” to enter the service after 7:00 am.
  3. Activity Enrolments will be updated every day at 8:30 am. If you want to enrol in newly launched activities, please click “Activity Enrolment” to enter the service after 8:30 am.
  4. If you do not receive any response from the system after you have finished the booking procedures, please visit to check the status of your transaction later. If the web browser stops operating during payment, please jot down your reference number and check your latest transaction via “Transaction Status Enquiry”.
  5. In case of inclement weather, hirers or activity participants are advised to check with the venue staff or officer-in-charge beforehand whether the venues or facilities will be temporarily closed or the activities will be cancelled.
